A Proud Venture of Layman Property Group in China
Lianzhou Palace Baijiu (廉州宫酒) is a prestigious baijiu distillery proudly owned and operated by Layman Property Group in China. Established in 1944 in Gaocheng, Hebei Province, the distillery carries a deep cultural legacy, with the name personally bestowed by Emperor Liu Xiu of the Eastern Han Dynasty. It remains a powerful symbol of tradition, honour, and heritage.
With over eight decades of expertise, the distillery produces high-quality, strong-aroma baijiu using time-honoured brewing methods, locally sourced grains, and natural spring water. Lianzhou has earned a strong reputation across northern China for its smooth, bold flavour and cultural significance—making it a popular choice for gifting, celebration, and official events.
As part of Layman Property Group's diversified portfolio in China, Lianzhou Palace represents our commitment to preserving cultural heritage while building modern business success. In 2017, we revitalised the historic factory into a cultural tourism destination, complete with a visitor exhibition hall, retail outlet, and tasting experiences—enhancing both regional tourism and brand legacy.
